The CEO of Lithuanian Airports Simonas Bartkus operator of Kaunas, Palanga and Vilnius in an X posted dated 13 June stated Ryanair plans to convert several summer-seasonal routes from the Baltics to all year-round next winter 2024/25, including Palanga and Vilnius to Dublin.

Ryanair’s online booking engine displays Palanga operating twice weekly year-round and Vilnius thrice weekly in Summer 2024 reducing to twice weekly for IATA Winter Season 2024/25 operated by Dublin based aircraft.
