Loganair, is celebrating a key milestone at Donegal Airport, with 25,000 customers having boarded its flights through the airport. The achievement underlines Loganair’s role in connecting communities across Scotland and Ireland, with routes supporting family links, tourism, and regional economies.
To mark the occasion, Loganair surprised Cameron Sutherland, 33, from Dornoch in the Highlands, and Aoife Grugan, 29, from Armagh, Northern Ireland, with complimentary flight vouchers during a trip to visit Aoife’s family in Donegal.
The couple regularly uses the airline to stay connected with loved ones. Cameron has been a Loganair customer since 2020, previously travelling frequently between Edinburgh and Stavanger for work.
Cameron said: “Loganair has always made travel straightforward and convenient, especially when you’re flying to see family. This route means a lot to us – it brings our two homes closer together. We’re planning to use the vouchers to travel more often from Inverness to see Aoife’s family in Donegal and Armagh.”
